DIY-Painted glass bottles

I had a lot of ketchup bottles and maison jars which looked lovely to me and I did not feel like throwing them away.Instead of buying new flower vases I made them into pretty colorful vases. It was very simple and the result was beautiful.

All you need is some glass jars and bottles and acrylic colours.I used bright colours.

Just pour the colour in the bottle.

Cover the whole bottle with colour by simply rolling the bottle with your hands. The paint would flow as you roll the bottle.Once it is done allow the color to dry off.

IMG_6718Keep it inverted and allow the extra paint to come off.Go for a second coat if it is required.

Love,

Ila
