Split bengal gram salad!!

Here is another very easy,quick to make,healthy and fresh salad.Very easy and quick to make,anyone who does not know to cook at all,can make this one.
All you need for this-Boiled chana dal(split bengal gram)-1 bowl, 1Finely chopped onion,tomato,cucumber(optional),mint leaves and for seasoning some freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt to taste.

Procedure-Boil the chana dal with some salt that it becomes soft.Wait till it cools down.Add onion,tomato,mint leaves and mix it all well.Add some salt and lime juice and toss it.If you like chilled salads then keep it in the refrigerator for some time.

And it’s done :).You can boil the chana dal and store it, just add vegetables whenever you are hungry or feel like munching something.How simple can making food get 😛
